Thanks for this well-done piece ––Tim Sweeney deserves this honor multiple times (“Tim Sweeney, in Return NYC Visit, Feted by GMHC,” by Paul Schindler, Apr. 25-May 8). I was moved to tears thinking about the 1980s and how scared we all were… and how little there was to lean on except one another back then. Tim is an extraordinary leader who was there over and over again. Thanks.
